The Howard County House Delegation of the General Assembly completed a productive year in Annapolis, thanks to the hard work and cooperative efforts of all the delegation members, as well as the Howard County Council and Executive.

EDUCATION

Education/School Construction/Capital Projects – Howard County will receive $196.9 million in educational operating funds; $41.4 million for teacher’s retirement funding; and $15 million in school construction and renovation projects.

CAPITAL BUDGET
The Capital Budget (SB 150) includes $300,000 for the Robinson Nature Center, $300,000 for the North Laurel Community Center, and $300,000 for the Blandair Regional Park.
